Why to worry? when everything is temporary!

Bad times are temporary
Heart breaks are temporary
Feeling dreadful is temporary
Feeling Depressed anxious and nervous is temporary
Negative thoughts which let you feel down are temporary
Overthinking that sucks, traps you ,and you’re about to sink in your own imagination a World which don’t even exist in reality even that is temporary!!
Crying over Split milk won’t change anything Just you have to realize sooner or later the only thing is even this is temporary!!
Being worried about past, present or future is normal,
Having thoughts about something and Overthinking about them is normal
Lack of concentration in studies not having a perfect schedule is normal
Not having Intrest and having lethargy ,
Not having mood for anything,
Isolation and not feel like talking to anyone about anything is normal,
Everything is normal until you are in a state you start hating yourself for being so unproductive from a while,
What’s abnormal is you getting trapped in your thought process so much that it’s mind controlling Your Body
What’s abnormal is things getting worse with time and you can’t help yourself , your not able to come out of it anyhow,
What’s abnormal is things now hitting you on your mental level and having adverse effects on your physical level
Things aren’t normal when they hyped so much in your head that you are not able to do anything about it and you just involve in the same cycle, a loop that is destructing you slowly and gradually!
On those times, you deal with 3 questions
What i can do about it?
Ans: Take a deep breath, and pat your back “Everything is fine, everything will be fine “
For eg: All is well dialogue (3idiots).
How i can normalize things?
Ans: It’s impossible to get of it, when you try to stay out of something you more trends to get attached towards it ,
Take a pause! Just stop whatever you’re thinking or doing Just pause for a while! Hold on relax, just remind yourself that you can be hurting -healing at the same time,
Things will take time but they will work out one day or the other.
Why you have to do these two things?
Because, eventually things will fall into it’s place if not now then some day it will be but it will be for sure!!
Every morning the sun has to fight with the dark to gloom around the sky like after hardship there comes success.
Hence, “Before every dusk there is a dawn”.

Dusk till dawn everything is temporary,
Nothing lasts neither dusk nor dawm
Just accept as early as you can don’t worry 🙂
Last but not least ,
When you feel like you’re starting to crack, shattering open piece by piece and the lines are making their way from your heart to your forehead. That’s when you hold yourself, wrap your tight arms around and keep yourself together.
Don’t lose those tiny fragments of yourself because if you do, you may never find yourself whole again.
