We sometimes feel
Void
Lack
Exhausted
Frustrated
Tired
Irritated
Feels like everything is
Demolished
Destroyed
Screwed up
Fucked Up

But again it takes just a Thought  to feel things about !
To make Mood about !

Yes one can’t change anything happening outside
THE SITUATIONS
THE SOCIETY
THE PEOPLE
THEIR THINKINGS
The pressure created in the atmosphere which Makes huff and then you are asking to let’s pretend until normalaity gains …

So , you can do one thing ~
When you can’t calm chaos outside
You can calm the thunderstorm inside
Which is at it’s utmost peak almost to destroy every emotion , every realtion , & perhaps everything in just micro seconds!!!

After all it just takes a
Thought !!

To Calm Yourself
To Feel Good about yourself
To Feed Strength to yourself !
